Return & Refund Policy
At Kingshine (Pty) Ltd, we take pride in supplying quality car care products to our customers across South Africa. While all sales are final under most conditions, we understand that occasional issues may arise. This policy outlines the circumstances under which returns or refunds may be considered.
1. Return Eligibility
We do not accept returns unless:
The incorrect product(s) were supplied by us.
The item is returned in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging.
Returns requested for any other reason (e.g., change of mind or customer error) will not be accepted.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are only offered in cases where the incorrect product was supplied by Kingshine.
If the correct product was delivered as ordered, no refund or store credit will be issued, regardless of whether the item has been used or not.
If a return is approved due to an error on our part, customers may choose between:
A full refund
A replacement item, depending on stock availability
3. Return Shipping Costs
If Kingshine is at fault (e.g., wrong item sent), we will cover the full cost of return shipping.
If the return is due to customer error or negligence, including incorrect product selection or shipping address, the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

5. Processing Time
Once a return or refund has been approved, please allow 5 to 7 working days for the process to be completed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise arranged.
6. Return Conditions
All items eligible for return must:
Be unused
Be returned in original packaging
Include all original parts, accessories, and documentation
7. Damaged or Defective Goods
Please note:
Kingshine cannot accept liability for goods that arrive damaged or defective due to courier handling, especially in the case of liquid products.
Our delivery partners do not insure liquid goods due to the high risk of leakage or spillage, and as such, Kingshine is not able to carry the burden of courier-related damages outside of our control.
We encourage customers to inspect packages upon arrival and contact the courier immediately if any visible damage is found.
