Thank you for shopping with Kingshine! This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how we process, ship, and manage deliveries of your orders throughout South Africa.


1. Shipping Methods

We primarily use The Courier Guy for nationwide deliveries due to their speed and reliability. Customers who prefer to arrange their own courier are welcome to do so — simply select the self-collection option at checkout and contact us to coordinate.


2. Delivery Area

We currently offer shipping within South Africa only.
International shipping is not available at this stage due to logistical constraints, but we are exploring future options.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times:

  • 2–3 working days in major cities (in most cases)

  • Up to 3–5 working days for outlying or rural areas

Please note: These timeframes may vary slightly depending on courier availability, public holidays, or high-volume periods (e.g., sales events).


4. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

We do not currently offer free shipping as our products are affordably priced and margins do not allow us to absorb courier costs.

However, we plan to introduce free shipping on promotional bundles or orders over R1000 during select campaigns. Details will be shared on our website or social media when these specials run.


5. Order Tracking

Yes, every order shipped via The Courier Guy includes a tracking number/waybill.

  • Customers will receive the waybill via WhatsApp or email after dispatch.

  • The Courier Guy will send SMS updates or call the recipient if they experience issues delivering (e.g., incorrect address or unavailable recipient).

  • Kingshine does not provide live tracking updates ourselves, but customers can track directly via The Courier Guy tracking page

6. Weekend and Public Holiday Deliveries

We do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
Courier services charge additional fees for off-hour deliveries, and these costs are not feasible under our current pricing structure.

Orders placed after working hours or before public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


7. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Parcels

If there are courier-related delays, we will notify you and follow up with the delivery company on your behalf.

However, please note:

  • Kingshine is not liable for lost or damaged parcels, as these are handled by third-party courier services.

  • The Courier Guy does not insure liquid products, which are a key part of our offering. Therefore, we cannot carry the cost of damage caused during transit for such items.

We encourage customers to inspect parcels on delivery and raise any concerns immediately with the courier.


8. Changing Delivery Address

If a customer needs to change their delivery address, we may be able to assist — but only if the order has not yet been shipped.

Please contact us as soon as possible to request a change. If the new address results in a different courier fee, the customer will be responsible for the difference.


9. Local Pickup & Same-Day Delivery

We offer:

  • Local pickup in Port Elizabeth (on request)

  • Same-day delivery in Port Elizabeth for orders placed before 10:00 AM on a working day

Please note:

  • Same-day delivery is only available within Port Elizabeth

  • Orders placed after 10:00 AM will be delivered the next business day

  • No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays


10. Cut-Off Times for Same-Day Delivery

To qualify for same-day delivery in Port Elizabeth, your order must be placed and confirmed before 10:00 AM on a weekday. Orders placed after that cut-off will be delivered the next business day.
